We know that there are plenty of companies out there that will offer something like this. With us, it’s not just about singing a piece of paper that binds us to complete a project a certain way. Our customer satisfaction guarantee is something that you can actually see in the way that we work. For starters, we understand that you are going to be the one that has to live with the results that we provide. Therefore, our job is certainly not finished until you are fully satisfied with the work that we’ve done. Having said this, there are certain procedures that we follow to ensure that we’re able to meet your requirements.
Clear & Open Planning
The first thing that we would need in order to be able to fulfill a customer satisfaction guarantee is a clear idea of what you want us to do. This is something that is overly important to us. Before we even put paint on a brush we want to make sure that both sides are in agreement as far as what type of results are expected. We’ll then draft a document detailing the type of results that you’re expecting. From there we can get to work.
Will You Repaint My House If I Am Not Satisfied?
This is pretty much a question that everyone asks when we tell them about our customer satisfaction guarantee. The simple answer is yes. If we are not able to meet the requirements that are set out and agreed upon before we start painting there has to be some form of compensation. This is also something that we’ll agree upon before we start painting as well. Ideally, if we have a clear plan in place and we double check that we are using the right type of paint everywhere before we begin this really shouldn’t be a plausible outcome.
Will You Be Able To Reimburse What I Paid For The Service?
If you don’t like the work that we do it’s pretty normal that you are going to want a refund. We actually do have a refund policy. Again, it’s based on the expectations that are set prior to us begging to paint. If we do not comply with the expectations that have been set in writing you’re going to have a chance to file for a refund. We may be able to refund our service fee.
We Want To Make Sure That You’re Comfortable With The Work That We Do
At the end of the day, of course our hope is that we won’t have to talk about refund, or repainting services because we hope to do things right the first time around. As we’ve mentioned the most important thing for us is to make sure that the expectations are clear from the get go.
